Does the job! While this big screen is good for 2 kids at once it’s still very bright on the lowest setting

Great camera. Has good night vision, nice bug screen, works on mobile via app, you can set temp range alerts, movement alerts and noise alerts. Good sale price for eofy made it a bonus

I don’t normally write reviews but as I’m throwing this product into the bin I felt it necessary. This was a TOTAL waste of money. The camera would constantly lose connection. When I asked for support I was told it was likely due to my wifi not being a good connection. We since moved to a new property and it was exactly the same. One of the cameras just stopped working. Tried all the trouble shooting options and never worked again. Not within warranty so nothing could be done to replace it! We replaced ours with the Peekaboo cameras and they are already so so much better. Noooo wifi no issues! I wish I could go back and tell myself to not buy this and/or demand a refund.

I am up to my third monitor in 1.5 years. The first had connectivity issues and the second had night vision issues where it would drop in and out constantly. I thought Vtec was a reputable brand if I knew this earlier I wouldn’t have bought this brand. Baby bunting was fantastic in an exchange. The only thing is the second time around I wasn’t able to get a refund only an exchange I am just waiting for something to happen to this one then I will be contacting Vtec for a refund.

If I had the option to give it no stars, I would. The cameras were so pixelated I could barely make out my babies face. Night vision was a nightmare. Do not buy. Baby bunting were great though with refunding it.

Clear, easy to set up and use, good coverage in our house (have child unit at two ends of house and no issues), does have a few second lag on noise (when I can hear them I’ll hear them just before monitor, but that’s no issue really!).

Bought this as an upgrade from our $99 Oricom camera as we had a second child and needed a dual camera set up. Thought with the price tag the quality would be okay. The camera quality is absolute rubbish it lags constantly I would not recommend by cheap oricom had better picture quality day and night then what these cameras have. Pretty disappointed

Absolute load of garbage!! We paid even more for this unit after the previous one we had was known to have issues, and it did, between the camera and unit. NOW this one the Camera and Unit seem to talk both via the router "see solution" and direct to the unit. As we didn't have much confidence we pulled it out of the box, checked everything and two years later are on a trip to Bali and using it fir the first time in action, but the remote app and/or device while we've been on holidays is complete garbage. All we wanted was a reliable camera ($500+) where at home and for travel across Australia "CUBO" has been a life saver and just worked, we thought the CUBO was going to be out backup but for 4 years and two children it has been our #1 reliable camera, more features, previous video checking etc.! So the issues with this door stopper... Issue#1 The baby unit/camera won't connect to unsecure wireless "which is EVERY 5* hotel", if you could connect then most portals would fail. Solution#1: Windows 11 Laptop Tethering in the room to allow unit to connect. Issue#2: After 1-2 days the baby unit would stop streaming, no reason, reset everything and ended up using WhatsApp to monitor the room with Nanny "FFS!". Solution#2: There isn't one, I called Support. I tried tethering via the mobile phone data no luck. All devices via the tethered network worked fine, just not this VTECH device. For the price, and the fact it is apparently Australia's #1 monitor for children, it's laggy, lacks cloud capability and features, doesn't work as it should, is a time waister on holidays and frankly stressful when the holidays should be enjoyed and should be a 5-star hotel but in reality, acts like a budget backpackers without breakfast. How hard is it to make technology in this day and age that works flawlessly!!

Monitor unit is great. I loved the option that the screen can stay off unless noise is detected. However the monitor randomly died after 6 months use. The cameras also went strange and cloudy.. oy in the night view mode (which is when we only used it!). This was my second vtech monitor, and due to the failure of the parts, i would not reccomend. Great while they worked...

Purchased this monitor 7 months ago, am on the 2nd replacement bundle and 1 of the cameras has just died. Disappointing to get 7 months total out of the original bundle and then a replacement. Pretty seamless returns/ warranty though, can’t fault that. The cameras and monitor are great (before they die). Pretty good picture (better through the free app than the actual monitor unit), battery life on the parent unit is really good, lasts all day and have it charged overnight. Such a shame that no monitor company seems to make a solid product though!

Purchased this not long ago and we are so happy with how it works .. The clarity and the app are amazing. Price was great 😊 click & collect made it so easy. Would recommend this unit to anyone who wants to keep an eye on their little ones in optimal clarity

The connection with the parent unit frequently drops out despite using an enterprise grade WiFi network that works perfectly with other devices. Video quality is also flakey. So is the app. And the white noise playback. All around a low quality, flakey product.

We live in a double storey house, so we needed a double camera for multiple rooms. I have to say, my husband and I were reluctant at first after reading some of the reviews on here. However, our baby is almost 4 months old and we have used this amazing monitor every day and think it’s worth every cent. The ability to have both the app and a hard monitor allows us to comfortably watch the baby downstairs while she takes her nap upstairs. We play her white noise in a separate machine but when she becomes unsettled, we put on the lullabies from this monitor as well with the white noise and it helps to soothe her back to sleep. The different night light colours option also helps her to stop crying as she stares at it while she drifts off to sleep. We also love that the screen is so big compared to some of the other baby monitors out there. This makes a big difference for us. This is so easy to use, it gives us everything we need and more. Of course the camera quality could be a little better but I reckon all monitors are pretty much the same. Despite this, we can still see our daughter through this monitor quite clearly day or night. This was worth every cent for us. Would purchase this again!

I think it’s been just over a year now and both cameras have just stopped working. It was constantly beeping & carrying on during the night because it had to constantly be on charge and the connection would drop in & out. I would not recommend for how much they are worth and how poor the quality is and now can’t even use after a year

I am so annoyed about the amount of money wasted on this. Do not pay a cent for this unit. It should be recalled!!!! Cant believe they haven't pulled such a useless product from the shelves out of pure embarrassment! Way too many issues to list but a good one to highlight is when in night vision mode a grown man can walk through the room and not even show on the monitor or app! Husband walked into the nursery and absolutely nothing showed, just the usual grey and white pixels bouncing around. It's annoying me even more that you have to give 1 star to be able to leave a review.
