Not worth the money
After a while the camera stops working And you can't get it to re connect Vtech customers service was great sending me out a new one but a little while late same thing happened so now have to wait til they are open to call up and be like hey the camera stopped working

Stopped working after a couple months - finding and calling a help line seems quite hard when you have a new baby! Also the camera doesn’t pan up and down, for this price I would expect it to. Wouldn’t buy agajn

Love the monitor & features, however the stand is flimsy & broke within less than 2 months!! Very disappointed. VTech were VERY unhelpful to deal with & suggested buying another monitor.

Genuine waste of money and time
Do not waste your money. The quality and battery life is poor. The purpose of a monitor is to watch your newborn. See if they are awake, breathing and not amongst harm. The quality constantly drops from HD to a monitor so pixelated where you cannot even make out what is what.
