We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order was dispatched. If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, but this helps us keep everything running smoothly.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition as when received In the original box Partial Refunds
There are a few situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error Items returned more than 30 days after delivery Refund Process
Please email Baby Bunting Customer Service, with your invoice number and the issues that you are experiencing. Photo attachments will assist our returns team to issue you with a RA.
We will send you a return process with a forwarding address. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that $10.95 will be deducted from the refund for initial shipping costs. Express shipping costs paid will not be included in the refund amount.
