- Gently place the pump in your bra, with your nipple centred in the shield
- Press the power button to turn it on and choose from four modes:
• Massage – encourages let-down
• Stimulation – helps milk flow
• Expression – collects milk
• Auto – switches between stimulation and expression - Adjust suction using the plus and minus buttons (twelve levels)
