Medela Spare Part - Swing Maxi Flex Tubing

While I’m sure this works for a type of Medela pump it’s the second time now that I have tried to buy a tube for my pump and it’s been the wrong one. I even contacted the stores this time and brought in the pump my sister lent me before I returned it to her but she has just given it back to me as it still doesn’t fit. The store were great the first time and understood what happened as the wording is very confusing for the model of pumps. I’d not used the item and all the packaging was in tact so they were able to exchange it. Very frustrating as it’s now happened again and am sure I can resolve it with BB but this really is not a good experience with these products and has taken some which is so rare at this time in my life with a toddler and newborn.
