second trimester not a massive bumb and I'm ferly petite. I wanted something to help with my hips as I'd been waking up with back and hip pain. this pillow isn't to bad but it huge it takes up alot of room in the bed you also cant take it with you if you change sleeping sides also it's very thick so was no good for my hips as I feel like there too open now would suit a bigger person or maybe later in pregnancy
