Baby Studio Tear Night Light and Room Temperature Reading

I will be returning this product today. We notice it said the room as 27 degree when we were both cool so got other thermometers to compare with and found this reads 3-5 degrees warmer than them. I also found the cord short and it doesn’t come with a usb wall plug and this is written anywhere on the box. I understand this but it should be clearly communicated if this is the case.

I bought this for my new grandson and we have just started using it

How this is allowed to be sold is beyond me. It just simply does not work. The cord falls out so you can’t plug it in to even see if it could possibly do the job.

I loved this product so much that I bought this product again for my other son. Worked perfectly!!

This baby tear studio night light does not hold charge for more then 12 hours.

It would be better if the light lasted longer and the charging cord didn’t fall out so easily.

One of the most useful baby items I have bought! I'm obsessed with temperature and this makes life easier, the colour indicator and digital display are simple and effective. It functions as a great night light and I'm really impressed with the battery life. This is going to be my go to gift for baby showers!

Thought it might be good for the price, i was disappointed. Had to exhange it for the more expensive brand.

Didn’t like the product. The charger cord is loose and always falls out plus the temperature seems wrong. It will say 29 in my bedroom and it most definitely isn’t

I intended to buy the Tommee Tippee Gro Egg but decided to grab this instead as it was a bit cheaper. Definitely made the wrong decision and wish I read reviews before I made that decision. First of all the charger was extremely difficult to plug in. Once we did manage to get it in it will was not charging. After leaving it for several hours on charge there was no change. I took it back and exchanged it for the Gro Egg.

Works perfectly. We use it every day and night with bub. We keep it charging through the day and then unplug got for the bedroom at night and the battery lasts all night!

Not very accurate, goes flat easily and charger plug is difficult to get working.

I would not recommend this to any of your customers your brand will suffer The charging section where the USB port goes into has to be finessed a ridiculous amount to try to get it to charge. And the fact it turns a bright green for “perfect” temperature lighting up the entire room is a massive design flaw I am going to try and return this.

This is handy because it's lightweight and portable. This shape fits in your hand to easily carry in and out of the room. You press the top firmly to turn on and off. I bought it thinking it continuously changes colour, but it doesn't. This was a bit disappointing at first. You can charge it with a USB but it was difficult to find a charger that would fit the USB port on the back of it, and there isn't one included which is odd. This is a design fault. It takes a bit of jiggling to get it to charge. I was going to return it. It's pricey for what it is. On the plus side,  I have dropped it on floorboards accidentally several times and it still works! I wouldn't recommend it based solely on the charging issue as it doesn't take batteries.

This product would be great if it weren't for a few big flaws. Firstly, the USB cable provided for charging doesn't actually fit into the charging port due to the shape of the light. Secondly, this needs to be charged daily which is difficult when the charging cable doesn't fit. If it weren't for these things I would love the light.
