Amazing
byWe were given this as a present for our daughter. It is an abridged version but it’s still brilliant. Kate Winslet does a wonderful job reading it and it’s easily our girls favourite.

Excellent
byMy daughter got this for Christmas in her stocking and LOVES it. It has a long running time so loads to listen to. She lives the storyline too and hasn't actually seen the movie or read the book yet.

Not complete story.
byDissapointed that this isn't the complete Matilda story as per the book, with key parts of the story missing. It wasn't made clear on the description that the story was abridged. Very disappointed that Tonies didn't state this.

Fantastic story
byOur family loves this story, it’s great for my nearly 6 year old as she enjoys the longer stories and would happily sit colouring/playing for an hour or more with it on in the background.

Fun reading!

Fantastic
byI absolutely loved anything Roald dahl as a kid so definitely going to try to get my daughter into it, I know the books are British but after many years spent watching the film I was surprised they all had northern accents, but it definitely gives it a more homely feel when listening. I really love this one definitely one of the favourites

byMy daughter received this for her birthday, she absolutely loves Matilda, having the Tonie means she can listen while she plays rather than needing to watch it on tv. It’s a win, she also has the book and loves to try to impersonate the Tonie characters 🙂
