- Wash hands and assemble all pump parts.
- Position the flanges over your nipples to create a comfortable seal.
- Turn on the pump and start in massage mode to stimulate let-down.
- Switch to express mode once milk begins to flow.
- Adjust suction level to your comfort and preference.
- Use both pumps for double expressing or one side as needed.
- When finished, turn off the pump, disassemble and clean all parts. Sterilise before next use.
