Change of Mind Returns- If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items can only be refunded if faulty or not as described.
Exchanges We’re happy to exchange items if they arrive defective or damaged. Just get in touch and we’ll arrange it quickly.
Gifts If your item was marked as a gift, we can issue a gift voucher for the returned amount. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Tips- For items over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return without it.
