Stokke Tripp Trapp Highchair Black

I'm conflicted on this chair. I loved the amount of colour options. I went for black. It's strong and secure. I found it difficult to assemble. It is extremely difficult to clean and once food dries into it, it's impossible to clean without removing paint. I was very disappointed after a couple of uses to see paint come away and reveal blue underneath. I ended up filling it the blue parts with a black Sharpie. Also it's an expensive product for paint to chip off. Plus when you add the baby set, the tray and cushions it's extremely expensive and I feel the accessories don't fit together properly.

Excellent and versatile high chair. This is our third high chair and we’ve finally found the one. My LO is definitely more comfortable now and the constant fidgeting and kicking has reduced. I’m a little disappointed that it can’t be washed down thoroughly (e.g., hosed off outside) or left with spills on it without potentially warping the wood, but still it’s worth the money IMO. As a side bonus it also looks beautiful.

Our baby loves sitting in this and trying out food. The seat is solid and easy to maneuver around our dining table. It's great it will grow with him and keep him safe by allowing for the footrest to be moved as he grows. Also, this chair looks good and suits our home decor. Having a baby should not mean our home has to look like plastic rainbow vomit!

The high chair is practical and easy to use. Right now we use it together with a newborn set and it does its job, baby indeed enjoys to be the same high places where grownups are gathering.

Honestly couldn't be happier with the chair. My daughter loves it and it is so easy to clean, build and move around the house.

I had the same high chair for 5years and this is second purchase. The quality is getting worse. Finger crossed can last 3-5 years.

Great quality chair which should last for many years and through various stages of development. Easy to clean and assemble and pushes right up to the table allowing bub to be apart of family meals

Not recommended. Only just fits our 5 months old, not the easiest to put together and very uncomfortable even with the padding. It looks attractive, but just not at all practical

This high chair is so much better than the bulky highchairs - looks great, takes up less space and most importantly, puts my baby in the optimal position for eating. Yes it is quite expensive, especially with the attachments, but I think that it is worth it - he had huge smiles when first sitting in it too.

Literally tried all high chair options from Bumbo-style to big cheap ones, ikea/Kmart one, etc. This is by far the best and worth the cost! It is ver expensive, but grows with your child. Love how it can be adapted to always be ergonomic. My infant (now 3.5) still uses this. We used as a baby with the baby seat and tray attachments, now without as just an ergonomic chair. We plan to use until about 10 years old.

Great design. Looks good and not plastic. Not the easiest to clean with the baby set attached. But my kids look very comfortable seated
