How to Wash Your Mimiâ„¢ Wipes
- Step 1: Remove solids
Dispose of any 3D poo into the toilet. This step is optional if your baby has yet to start solids.
Then store the used wipes in a dry pail for up to 24 hours
- Step 2: Pre-wash
Pre-wash your wipes on a 30-60 minutes cycle on 40-60 degrees with detergent. This removes the majority of soiling. Your wipes can then be placed back into a dry pail for a further 48-72 hours until they need to be main washed.
- Step 3: Main-wash cycle
Run a long (2-3 hour) cotton cycle 40-60 degrees with detergent.
- Step 4: Hang to dry
Air dry your wipes or use a clothes/tumble dryer on low heat

Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in the original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused (unless faulty).
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Initiation:
Start by contacting Baby Bunting Customer Service team. Upon acceptance of your return request, we'll provide directions on how to proceed. Returns shipped without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping to our designated address is borne by the customer.
To process a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Baby customer service team within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return.
- Provide proof of purchase or birth of your baby and, if relevant, evidence of the fault.
- Send the unwashed and unworn items back to us as directed by our team.
Refund Deductions:
For change-of-mind refunds, we will deduct:
- Shipping costs.
- 20% restocking fee.
- Any other out of pocket expenses experienced by Mimi & Co in conjunction with your order; including admin and customer service fees if necessary.
