Medela Contact Nipple Shield Small

Its a great product but its hard to get it to stick and stay on

I brought small and I have flat nipple. I find the shape isn't that great for my flat nipples and I have medium size breasts. Too much air at the tip of shield baby has to work hard to pull the nipple through which takes a while. I suggest purchasing a smaller tip shield for a flat nipple.

Allowed me to continue breastfeeding through sore cracked nipples in those cruical early days.

Very expensive given how often you would use it and the material. Not easy to put on and not much useful for people with small nipples.

Wrong size and unable to return after use. Should be made much clearer as its not a cheap item.

Helped transition my bottle fed premmy baby onto breast and was great for assisting in healing sore nipples. Great buy just make sure you get the right size or will it will feel like a painful pinching sensation when too big and can impact milk supply if wrong size used over a long period of time.
