Getting your little one ready for sleep is simple with this thoughtfully designed swaddle. Begin by laying it out flat on a secure surface and opening the zip so it’s easy to place your baby inside. Gently place your baby on their back in the center of the swaddle, guiding their arms into the specially shaped pockets that support a natural "arms-up" posture. This familiar position helps them feel calm and settled.

Once they show signs of trying to roll over, you must stop swaddling your baby and transition them. Start with one ARMS UP™ wing attached and one removed. After several nights of your baby settling into this routine, remove both wings. Some babies transition in a few nights, others can take a few weeks.
