The bookshelf comes with six plastic multicolour removable boxes, which offers extra storage space to keep their colours, writing essentials, fun toys, and educational games. The rust-resistant bars will prevent the storage boxes from falling. This bookshelf features beautiful and attractive design that will attract your kids and get them to visit their library often. Having made from a durable MDF board with ideal thickness, this bookshelf is durable and sturdy. It has a wide and a sturdy base that will ensure stability and prevent tripping. Assembly instruction:

2. Always use a soft surface(such as carpet or cardboard)when assembling your product to avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.
3. This is a kids furniture, we strongly suggest the shelf should be attached to wall for use.
WARNING: Children have died from furniture tip over. ALWAYS secure this furniture with an anchor device. NEVER allow children to stand, climb or hand on drawers, doors, or shelves. NEVER open more than one drawer at a time. Place heavy items down low. NEVER put a TV on this furniture.

Warranty claims:
For all claims please contact the Baby Bunting customer service team. To prevent unnecessary claim delays, we ask that the following is included on the initial claim:
Note: All images and videos must be attached to messages at an appropriate size, we are not able to make a clear assessment off image thumbnails.
Please do not dispose of items before contacting us. We may ask for items back to be inspected. We will not provide credit/refund in cases where goods have been disposed of before our approval.
Faulty or Damaged in Transit Products:
- Send a message including pictures or video of the product received demonstrating the fault (If applicable, also include the manual with the part needed circled and inform the quantity). Also provide a brief explanation of fault and what you would prefer in the way of compensation or replacement parts/product.
- We will assess each situation on a case by case basis. We will advise on whether we will send replacement parts, offer a full or partial refund or replace the product.
- Please do not return the product to us unless instructed to do so. If we need the product returned, we will provide a return label. Any postage cost incurred by you for return postage will not be refunded if a return label has been provided.
Missing or Damaged Parts under 12 month warranty:
- If a single part is missing or damaged, please specify using the instruction manual of what part is missing or is damaged and the quantity needed. Where possible, please mark the part in manual and send us picture of it.
- Once we receive the details of what is needed, we can issue for a part to be sent as soon as possible. We will send a message containing tracking information when it is available.
- Dispatch of spare parts from our warehouse can take up to 2 working days.
- If no spare part is available, we will provide an alternative resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law
Delivery Delays:
For any delivery delays please note that we always need to lodge an enquiry with our courier partner for investigation which can take up to 2 working days. If there is no update in 2 working days we will provide a resolution inform of a replacement or a refund.
Returns and Refund Procedure:
Refunds will be either given in full, partial or replacement, given the resolution scenario. In all cases please contact the Baby Bunting customer service team and we will advise if the product needs to be returned.
Change of Mind:
- We only accept change of mind within 14 days after the item is delivered. You must notify us of the COM within these 14 days, if not COM can be rejected.
- Please send a message including pictures or video of the condition of the product received and an explanation on why you would like to return product and if the item is eligible for return.
- For COM product must be in unopened and in its original packaging.
- Please do not return the product to us without our prior consultation – refund will not be given in this case.
- We prefer that returns due to change of mind are done so at your arrangement.
- Handling fee of 10% will be charged for all COM returns
- For non bulky orders delivered via Australia post and Fastway – you will need to organize return and provide us with a return tracking number.
- For bulky orders sent via Toll, Hunter Express and Allied Express we can provide a return label to you, we will refund the total order amount MINUS return postage and handling fee of 10%
- If return label NOT provided to you, we will refund the total order amount MINUS handling fee of 10%
- If you change your mind before item is received and require action of RTS (Return to Sender), we will refund the total order amount MINUS handling fee of 10% once item is returned to the warehouse.
- All items that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information will be treated as a Change of Mind returns including items Returned to Sender due to being unclaimed
