Jengo Strand Second Seat Stone

My 12month old is 75cm tall. She outgrew the seat at 10months 70cm. Which is really disappointing, I love this pram I only had 2 issues with it but made it work, having a prem bub (30weeker) I was told she will take longer to grow so I thought I would get longer than 10-12months out of the pram. Issue 1: SMALL SEAT! It is a small seat but bubs has always been comfortable in it. Issue 2: never found a cup holder that would fit. The little caddy that comes with the pram had velcro to hold it on (like many do) however it never held a full cup, it would just fall off (it was replaced however I still had the issue of not being able to put anything in the caddy if I wanted it to stay on). This next one wasn't an issue for me however! If you have a small car! It is not compact at all!. I have a Prado and the pram takes up the ENTIRE boot. I have no idea how you would fit it in a car smaller than a large 4x4. Other than that it's been the best pram, light and easy to steer (heavy to lift but most prams are). If it wasn't for the 2 issues I had and the fact it's not compact I would have given it 5 stars. I have finally upgraded my pram. I would have kept this one IF my bubs didn't outgrow it so fast. I'm going to hold onto it just incase they make a bigger and compatible seat, if they do I 100% would go back to using it.

The seats are small. The back of my two year olds head rests on the top edge of the seat. Not all the configurations work, the upper seat can’t recline when forward facing because of the handle - even when the handle is extended and when rear facing the bottom seat instructs the top seat from reclining. There is no leg room for the top seat when both are forward facing. If you want to turn one of the seats around you have to take them both off to reconfigure, which is inconvenient or even impossible when both seats are occupied. Overall it gets the job done and is sturdy enough but I probably would have spent a bit more on a different model, especially given that my two year old will probably outgrow it before too long.
