To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them - unworn and unused and in their original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how to send us your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damage and issues
Please check your product(s) when you receive your order, and please contact us via Baby Bunting Customer Care immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue for you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to please contact us via contact Baby Bunting Customer Care to arrange to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified once we've received and checked your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
