Purchased from the UK
byI purchased an e-voucher for my god daughter’s new baby. It was so easy as sending a gift from the UK could have been problematic. The e-voucher arrived immediately and meant that the new parents could choose exactly what they liked or needed. It also helped that I knew Baby Bunting was their favourite store!

Do not use card payment option site blocks payment
byBeware if trying to order online using card payment, the customer care team I needed to call said the site had blocked card payments and it would take 24-48hrs to unblock. Customer care team recommended if I needed to finalise purchase faster would need to either use PayPal or go into a store. I'm not sure why card payment is offered when the cards are blocked. More fiddling around than I had expected or hoped for. The customer care person was helpful, but still after trying twice in 24 hours needing to call for help (number was hard to find) then told to wait 24-48 hours longer isn't as streamlined as you would expect from a business who talks about the convenience of their online options. I would not try card payment again. Perhaps in store or PayPal is ok?
