The Side Zip Sleeping Bag is an arms-out sleeping bag for infants and toddlers who prefer to sleep on their tummy.

The 3.5 TOG Side Zip Sleeping Bag is perfect for keeping a child warm overnight in rooms 12-19°C. The zip runs down the side of the pouch from the neck to the opposite bottom side which allows for a wide opening to make dressing a wriggly babe easier, especially if you're transitioning an already-sleeping baby into their pouch.
The safe-sleep approved design is made with a 400 thread count organic cotton outer that feels smooth and luxurious on baby’s skin. The ergonomically-designed bag features a bell-shaped design to be hip-friendly for growing hip joints, and the two-way zipper gives easy access for quick overnight nappy changes. The unique stretch jersey cotton inserts on the shoulders to allow baby to move more freely and stay comfortable while they sleep. The side placement of the zip is idea for those who sleep on their tummy, to prevent the zip tab digging in to their body while they sleep.

1. Lay pouch on flat, low surface with zip fully open
2. Lay child on top of pouch. Put arms through the arm holes and zip up from the bottom side, to the neck.
3. To change a nappy or cool down child, zip open from the bottom of the pouch to release legs and lower torso. You may want to roll up the material to change a nappy. Zip closed again when finished.
4. Layer underneath for warmth as needed, and/or use our Arm Warmers on top for extra warmth.
