Unfortunately I found it unreliable so had to return it.

Great product, easy to use, multi purpose! Even used it on myself when I was recently sick

I purchased this expecting an expensive product to be good, but it is extremely unreliable, 3 consecutive readings in exact spot tell me my baby has a high fever and then fine. It could be 38.1c then 27.4c. When you have a sick newborn that may or may not need to go to emergency, do not rely on this product to make the right call.

Ridiculous thermometer, I wouldn’t even consider it a thermometer!! Keeps giving me wrong readings and changes up every time I test!! I bought this about 5 months ago and every time I use it, it says my baby has a high temperature and when I come to test again it said my baby has a normal temperature! Just buy an ear thermometer of an under the arm one, I wish I could get a refund or exchange it to a better one

Terrible thermometer. Horribly inconsistent readings and has to have new battery’s fitted everytime you try to use it.

I bought this just under a month ago in store as last min without having read reviews. As a FTM I thought a forehead would be the way to go with a newborn. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I would go so far as to say this product is faulty and not fit for purpose. It was telling me that my 2 week old had a temperature over 38 when tested with 2 other thermometers (in ear and underarm) had normal 36.6 temp. This is scary and have seen from other reviews that babies have been taken to emergency based on this incorrect reading. The manufacturer needs to be made aware and taken off market at least for 0-3mth. Please return this product as I did, so the retailer is made aware.

This thermometer doesn’t seem to work properly.. it tells you different temperatures everytime in matter of seconds when you wanna double check a few times it keeps changing:/

Very inconsistent with temperature readings and too expensive. Buy a much cheaper under the arm thermometer- way better!

This thermometer is utterly useless. The reading can differ around a degree, from one mm to another, and it is so slow, which I could deal with if it gave you an accurate temperature. Massive regret buying this and assuming it would be decent, given the price and brand name.

This is terrible and we ended up in hospital unnecessarily as it only reads surface temperature. Buy a cheap underarm thermometer

Will give a different reading every-time you use it. Quite often will be a high reading, which is terrifying as a new parent. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy this.

I wouldn’t recommend any head thermometer. They’re all out but a degree or .5 of a degree, which is significant when you’re managing children. I ended up returning and purchasing the Braun ear thermometer. Have found this much more accurate (already had an ear thermometer and needed a second one).

Excellent product. So easy to use while children are sleeping. Wish i had bought it sooner
