In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact Baby Bunting customer service within 30 days of delivery and we will be happy to organise a replacement product for you.
We accept change of mind returns for a refund within 30 days if items are returned unopened and undamaged. Postage to be paid by the buyer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days from approval.
