As separate from 30 Day Trial , our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Once an order's 30 Day Trial period and/or Consumer Rights returns period has expired Bambini Prams do not accept order cancellations or returns. Bambini Prams do not accept 'change of mind'/incorrect product ordered returns. Outside of your Consumer Rights,where a return is agreed to and made, Bambini Prams do not cover the cost of the return, do not refund any postal or shipping costs, and reserve the right to charge a service fee of up to 40% of the order value. All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging to considered for any refund. Allow at least 28 business days for your refund to be processed.
