The Ultimate Change Pad is a luxuriously comfy change pad for your bub at home or on the go.
It can be used on any firm, flat and dry surface, including change tables, chests of drawers, on the floor and in the back of the car. It is perfect for as your baby grows, as it can be positioned on the floor, so you are not lifting your baby up to a higher surface, so better for your back. Always ensure you are at your baby s side, during use.
It is waterproof can be easily wiped clean with a non-alcoholic baby wipe or warm water, so your baby s changing space is always hygienically clean. It also saves you extra time in the laundry, as there is no need for change mat covers.
The Ultimate Change Pad is safe for your baby manufactured using high density PU Foam, and is BPA, Phthalates and PVC free and most importantly tested to EN 71 Regulatory Standard (Infant Product Safety Test).
We do not recommend this product as a sleep surface for your baby. Do not leave your baby unattended.

How to Use
We recommend the Change Pad be placed on a minimum support surface of 483 mm x 762 mm. The support surface must be flat, stable, structurally sound and if off the ground, preferably have an edge or a lip. Do not leave your child unattended and ensure all your changing needs are within your arm s reach of your baby.
Important Information
This Change Pad is manufactured using a unique process of liquid foam, which makes them more comfortable and softer for your baby. Unlike other pads, we do not use any toxic chemicals to seal the pad, as it is unsafe for your baby and dangerous to the environment. We also do not emboss the top of the pad with patterns, as that is hard to keep clean. As a result, you may see a variation of colour in the pad (swirls, lines and dots of a darker shade) as the pad is not one solid colour. These are natural imperfections and the result of the moulding process, as we do not use any toxic chemicals in production.
Whilst the top of the pad is smooth, the underside of the pad is not intended to be smooth and will have air bubbles and other imperfections.
Each side of the change pad has 2 perforations for drying, as per the pictures above.
These are not stains or mould growth. These are not manufacturing faults.

Do not use sharp objects near the pad.
The pad may change colour if placed in sunlight. Polyurethane foam can interact with the paint or lacquer of the surface on which it s placed. This interaction is most commonly seen with white paints and clear varnishes, which may yellow.
Please note that by using this product, you are acknowledging the possibility that this discoloration could occur. This can be rectified in most instances by removing the pad and exposing the paint or lacquer surface to sunlight.
This is our first product to be packaged with no plastic, as we are doing our part to try and minimise our environmental impact on the earth. The product may accumulate a little dust in transit however like all baby products, it is best to wash before use.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, subject to the Australian Consumer Law. This includes (but is not limited too) where you have changed your mind, the product is not suitable for you, you made a wrong selection, you measured incorrectly, you did not read or look at the product description, have bought the product twice or more, the product is not compatible with your existing products, you have been gifted a product similar or the same, the freight company is delayed in delivery or you found the goods cheaper or on sale elsewhere or through us, at any time.
The reasons we do not offer refunds is that we are unable to resell the product, as new. We trust that you understand that for safety and hygiene reasons, you would not want to receive a product for your baby that has been potentially used previously. We also do not offer refunds because there are significant costs to us to process a refund, including PayPal, Afterpay and Zip Pay fees that are charged to us. We cannot waive those fees, so we do not offer refunds – so please make your selection carefully.
When You Receive Your Goods You must open and check your order to ensure it has been delivered in good condition and completely, prior to signing for the delivery. This is important to ensure you receive all the goods and in good condition. If the delivery driver is unable to wait for you to check your order, please note on the delivery note if there is any carton damage. If your goods are received damaged or items are missing, please immediately: Note it on the delivery note that it was received damaged or missing; Tell the delivery driver it is damaged or missing; Contact us immediately and tell us if your goods are damaged, so we can resolve it on your behalf, with the freight company; If goods are missing please contact your freight company before contacting us; Do not dispose of the damaged product or the cartons or packaging. You will need to provide images of the damaged product and carton to the freight company. If you do not do so, your freight insurance will be void and the damage or missing goods will not be covered. Your freight insurance is only valid for 5 business days from receipt of your delivery. Whilst we appreciate that our customers are busy people and pregnant please do not delay in advising us of any damage or missing products as unfortunately the freight companies will not process claims outside of this period and you will need to purchase replacement parts and we will not be able to cover the cost of those parts. We will do our best to lodge the freight claim on your behalf but please note that in our experience, freight companies do take a several days to respond to a claim and tell us the next course of action, so please be patient (although we understand it is frustrating, sometimes). We also remind you if you product is damaged on arrival please do not assemble your product for your safety and the safety of your children please do not use the product.
