FAULTY PRODUCT
If you have received a product that is faulty, defective or less than perfect, we will 100% replace it with another - no questions asked! We won't even ask you to return the defective product. We simply ask that you send us an email with your order details and include a photo showing the problem so that we can forward this to our manufacturer.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
If what you received is not what you ordered, please let us know right away and we will send you the right items you ordered along with a paid return satchel so that you can send back the incorrect item(s) to us without any out of pocket costs to you.
EXCHANGES
If the product you chose is not quite the right size or you prefer a different design or colour, we are more than happy to exchange this for the correct size or a different design or colour, as long as you are able to return the items unused or in a resalable condition and in its original packaging.
