Terrible in every way
This is so terrible I can’t believe it’s on the market. It simply does not work. It’s faster to just heat your milk under the faucet

Terrible in every way

Easy to use
This product has been great so far! Simple to use & works very fast!
The product is easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is excellent, convenient, and easy to use.
It works, with a caveat
It’s fast at warming bottles BUT sometimes the water can be too hot and I have to place it in the fridge to cool down for a few minutes. Yes, I’ve troubleshooted on my own and read the manual and their troubleshooting tips don’t seem to make a difference. Maybe I just got a faulty bottle warmer. It ‘works’, I just find it inconvenient to check the temperature every single time, especially during the middle of the night.
Poor design
Been using this for a month now and we really dislike the design of this warmer. You never are sure where the water level is at due to the design and it states that the water must be the same level as the milk. There is no way to make sure of the water lever since you just see from above and there has not been one instance where we feel the water has been the same level as the milk. Highly dislike this product and recommend making some way for consumers to be able to see the water level from the side instead of just having to guess from just looking above.
Doesn’t heat bottles consistently
Doesn’t heat bottles consistently even with correct water amount, some bottles are warm some are cold, when used on same settings/same water level.

BEWARE
We purchased this product so I (the father) could give my daughter re-heated breast bottles overnight. Every single time the Philips Advent has over-heated the milk until the point of damaging it (over 115F - meant to be at around 98F) resulting in a perfectly good batch having to be binned and my poor wife having to wake up. Even when setting to a lower volume it still over heats. I will be putting this product in the bin along with the wasted milk. Avoid!!!
Colossal waste of time and money!!!
We’ve used this bottle warmer( it doesn’t warm bottles) for a little over 2 months. I’ve gone round and round with this bottle warmer, read the instructions multiple times and nothing seems to work. It takes way too long to “warm” a bottle and when the time goes off it might be on the cool side of room temperature. This is incredibly infuriating when your child is screaming for their bottle at 3am and it takes what feels like 20 minutes to get a cold bottle. Don’t waste your time, money or sanity on this product.

Smoking!!!
our bottle warmer was NOT on and it was smoking and smoke was coming out of the top! it was plugged in but again it was NOT on! going straight into the trash. thankfully my husband was home or who knows what could have happened! buyer beware!
Bottle warmer
I’d recommend this product to parents out there still putting there baby bottles under there tap and turning on the hot water. This thing is pretty slick works great. When we go over to the in-laws we really miss that they don’t have one.
Absolutely sucks
This bottle warmer is the absolute worst. It has to be turned on and off multiple times before it will (maybe) work. There is nobody to reach out to at the company regarding a solution, either. Do not recommended.
Not worth your money
I've been using this warmer since my son was ~4 months old. When used as directed, it overheated the milk WAY beyond the recommended limit of 104 F. I just did a test with a 6-oz bottle of ice-cold water and it heated it to a whopping 126 F(!). I'm reluctantly giving 2 stars because it worked well enough once I started only using the 1oz or 2oz setting regardless of bottle size, but only after accidentally overheating countless bottles when using the "correct" setting. It's been a number of months since I first became aware of this issue (I'm just now writing the review because motherhood) so I tested it again. I filled a Dr. Brown's narrow-neck glass 8-oz bottle with 6 oz of water, chilled with ice to 44 F. I set the warmer to the 6-oz setting and filled it all the way to the top with water because the "milk" (water) in the bottle was above the top of the warmer, then turned it on. At one point during the heating process, the water was actually starting to boil so I knew this wasn't going to go well. As soon as the light stopped blinking, I immediately removed the bottle and measured the temperature. As mentioned above, the water inside the bottle measured 126 F -- 22 degrees above the level at which nutrients supposedly start to break down. I don't know if water and milk heat differently, but I do know this is consistent with the experience I had with milk. I'm beyond upset about the number of times I may have destroyed nutrients in the breastmilk I worked so hard for. What makes it extra disappointing is that I specifically sprang for this model because it claimed to have a temperature sensor and I really wanted to avoid overheating the milk. If I could do it over again, I would save my money and buy a cheaper model and just test carefully the first few times I used it. I've attached photos showing the bottle contents and temperature before and after. I would expect much better from the brand and price point.
Piece of junk
Hi, your product is a piece of junk with horrible instructions and no clear indicator of whether it's working or not. Something that should be the simplest of items to operate is something that instead makes my blood pressure skyrocket. It would be nice if just once the instructions were written by someone who has seen or used the product in any capacity. Instead it seems like they are made by someone from another planet. Some sort of beep or click or sound to indicate the machine is working would go a long way in making this a better product. Consider me thoroughly agitated and disappointed.
After a month it stopped warming bottles up
Worked great the first month of owning it. Now after it indicates it is finished warming the bottle up the milk is still ice cold.
