Fits in all types of bottles and Teets. I had another brand and it lost its shape etc so I love this one as the shape stays

I was using my Avent brush to clean some crafting supplies this afternoon and something dawned on me.....I've had this brush for years, and it's still in decent shape! Of course, I don't expect that anyone would use a brush to clean baby bottles and teats for more than a few weeks or so at a time for sanitary reasons, but I've been using this one for delicate cleaning around the house since my daughter stopped using bottles...about 5 years ago! If you want a brush that definitely won't lose bristles or cleaning power very quickly (as I recall others having done) I'd definitely recommend this one.
